Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Hyderabad Sindh organizes the SSC and HSSC annual and supply exams in the district of Hyderabad and its adjacent areas. All the schools and colleges in these areas are affiliated with BISE Hyderabad for matric and intermediate level exams. Apart from that, thousands of students also register themselves with Hyderabad Board for the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th class. Every year, the 9th & 10th class annual exams are held in March and April while 11th and 12th class annual exams are conducted by the board in May and June. For both these classes, written papers are followed by practical papers.

BISE Hyderabad matric results are issued in July or August every year while the Hyderabad Board intermediate results are announced by the board every year in September or October. The results of both the classes are announced after two or three months of the exams. These SSC and HSSC annual exams results are available at the official site of the board soon after the result announcement while the candidates also receive their result cards just few days after the result announcement through post.

After annual exams result announcement, the Hyderabad Board conducts supply exams for the students of matric and intermediate class also known as improvement exam or 2nd annual after two or three months of the results while the SSC supply exams results and HSSC supply exams results are announced after one or two months of the exams. Like the results of annual exams, the results of matric and intermediate supply exams can also be easily viewed at the official site of the BISE Hyderabad.
